What do you like about this photo ?
An architect who discovered that she loved words better than bricks and mortar. I have been a journalist for almost 18 years, 12 of them full time. A journey that began at The Asian Age, Ahmedabad, went on to The Indian Express and culminated at Mindworks, New Delhi, where I was responsible for leading the teams that put together foreign newspapers. I quit full-time work and turned consultant in 2010, after which I worked on bringing out Insite, a B2B publication for architects and interior designers. Since then, I have also been writing - mainly on interiors, travel and lifestyle - for a variety of publications including The Hindu, Outlook Traveller, Outlook Money, Financial Chronicle, Mumbai Mirror, Forbes India, Good Housekeeping and Child.
