This very simple house aims to express its presence ostentatiously by expressing a composition of judiciously juxtaposed materials in the building envelope. Locally available stonework, plastered wall surface, timber, clay tile roofing and exposed brick masonry all conjure together to create the character.
The interior of the house compliments the exterior material palette. Marble, wood and rustic ceramic tiles for floor and wall finishes along with the glass wall contained ‘puja’ space.
