TA Associates, the classical old-world theme is a part of their identity. A Boston-based private equity firm, when they approached architect Puran Kumar to design their Mumbai office, they were very clear on having a similar ambience as the ones in their international offices. Spread over 6000 sq ft, the USP of this office is its adjoining terrace. A break from a regular commercial design, this office maximizes the use of its terrace and the sea view in order to create a private sanctuary.
The double height volume and the warming garden lights ignite the terrace at twilight.
