Can we change the way we "think" design?

As a society, we have evolved. As a country, we see change. In any fraction, however small it may be, of a group of people, we can observe shifts in thinking. Internet connectivity is the biggest change-factor; it has touched human lives across the globe and made the world a smaller place. Design, as such, too has made the transition from local to global - but under no circumstances should we lose touch with who we are, where we come from.
