Locally available materials are used in conjunction with modern technologies and structural systems at Vault House. Climatic orientation, thermal comfort and passive cooling techniques govern planning and design strategies.
Entrance of the house is marked with brick vaults and arches. Multiple staggered brick arches provide depth and a distinct character to the vaulted roof. Concrete Channels are planned along the vaults and domes to channelize rain water and protect the walls below from dampness.
