This is a futuristic township project. That includes the master plan, landscape and architecture design. The concept and planning is the specialty of this project. Big Farm Houses/ Villas and the octagonal grid based plan give the scope of linear parks in the whole town ship. The large green spaces and central park is placed such a way that it gives a large scope to feel and enjoy the beautiful horizon of the planes of noth Inida.
One design option for the commercial spine is inspired with the form of waves. The grandness of the design can be felt easily.
