The company “Yogiraj” came with a requirement of creating a unique brand image for itself. This was supposed to be the executive head office space for “Yogiraj” a political worker and builders personal work space. The wanted a glamorous larger than life, modern look (for this 4500 + sq.ft. standalone structure) to establish their brand identity. The building is a standalone and part of the township complex in the “pallava city”-lodha golf-links area. Landscape also has been designed by us to compliment the interiors and create a serene and individuality statement. The building is a ground plus one structure (originally a villa). The ground floor houses the a) reception; b) waiting lounges c) pantry d) conference room e) accounts department and executive cabins. The nature of the business here was only for accommodating executives, meeting areas and a few staff members. The top floor accommodates the VIP areas, the directors’ cabins, personal spaces and anti- chambers. A powerful classy and modern statement is what forms the basis of design. The look spells glamour through and through. The colour white and gold form the highlight of the design. Swirling, dynamic, line and curve flows from the false ceiling to the walls forming an ideal canvas for the design. Corian panels shape the walls. Dynamic colours of leaf green and red are used as splashes along with intelligent L.E.D backlights to create a “wow” feel to the place as one enters.
