The Sippy Residence enjoys unparalleled, panoramic vistas of the cityscape, which the client wanted to maximize. The focus of this project, therefore, was on minimizing internal obstructions and accentuating the feeling of boundless space. The ceiling was pushed up and walls were torn down to increase the space of the living room. Furniture was thoughtfully designed and incorporated to fit into the context of the new space.
