With a built up area of 7500 sft. On a plot area of 12000 sft, this four-bedroom house with an open flow plan was conceived of as a play of masses and voids from the exterior. White walls were juxtaposed with distinctive exposed concrete roof slabs that seemingly float over them. A controlled hint of yellow ochre on certain planes, and slit windows with wooden slats maintain privacy while also allowing for opening out to the views.
Door to the House. The formal zones rest on the ground floor and informal on the first floor intentionally delineating public from private space.
