Conference / Seminar Room
A conference hall or conference room is a room provided for singular events such as business conferences and meetings. It is commonly found mainly in establishments of the corporate sector; at large hotels and convention centers though many other establishments, including even hospitals, may have one. Sometimes other rooms are modified for large conferences such as arenas or concert halls.
Typically, the facility provides furniture, overhead projectors, stage lighting, and a sound system. Very often, conference halls have no windows; for reasons of acoustics and privacy.
Having basically the same facilities as a conference hall, many corporate and business establishments have a separate seminar room. Usually in such establishments, a seminar room is used for internal discussions between team members working on the same project or idea. The conference hall may be a larger, more formal space.
