Most public buildings and institutions have a space for congregations within their facilities. The projected purpose of the space determines their size. They are usually large, column-free spaces which can be adapted for multiple uses.
Depending on the use, the spaces may or may not be climate-controlled, carpeted and acoustically treated. The colours and aesthetics used in the space are usually neutral and subtle.
