Small Offices
Offices occupying up to 5000 sq ft can be classified under Small Offices. These would usually be office units housed within an office block. In some cases the office may be spread over more than one floor of the same building. There are also cases where a small residential stand-alone structure or a unit in a row of houses is used or let out for commercial use.
