Project Management Consultants
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. A project is an endeavour with a defined beginning and end; usually with time and budgetary constraints.
Building development projects are temporary in nature; in contrast with other business projects or operations, which are repetitive, permanent, or semi-permanent functional activities to produce products or services. Building construction project management requires the development of distinct technical skills and management strategies; keeping in focus primary issues of scope of work, time, quality and budget. The secondary and more tedious challenge is to interact with several parties with different objectives and clashing interests and to bring them on a common platform in order to achieve common goal.
