Tactical architectural planning is crucial in the curation of memorable spatial experiences. There is a growing need for bespoke solutions, not just for the user, but specific to the context and requirements of a space. In post-pandemic workspace design, there is a need to recognize highly transformative planning methods, where the workspace adapts to the necessities of the changing times. The ability of workspaces to morph and embody a fluid design is evident in this new-age office located in the heart of Gurgaon.
Located at the foothills of the Aravallis, this quaint 1,200 SQ FT office has an uninterrupted view of the range. The client’s brief expressed the need for an office which transforms effortlessly based on strength of its users and change in function of its space. It was intended to be leased out, giving prospective tenants the freedom to alter the physical space with ease. Equipped with the knowledge required to implement a dynamic design, the designers conceptualised two comprehensible office layouts, each with their own specifications. The varying sensibilities are executed in a singular space, crafting a design that is conducive to change.
