Filix, a multiuse complex with offices, retail, restaurants and a banquet hall was designed as a flexible, adaptable container for various changing uses.
The building exterior has been engineered carefully using a unitised system to achieve an imposing façade while travelling on the busy LBS Road in Bhandup.
