A high-end community housing situated in one of the developing areas of Anand, this project comprises of 12 detached villas. The campus has open spaces designed for social gatherings, while each unit is carefully planned to segregate public and private spaces. A slight tilt in geometry of the plan adds to the playfulness of the internal spaces and offers common areas and allowing ventilation through wide openings for rear rooms.
