Single Dwelling / Bungalows
This category includes independent houses and row houses, twin houses and villas; basically any type of dwelling with totally independent facilities. It is the typology where each unit is self-contained. In this case, sharing of amenities of either entrance or parking or water-supply happens only in bungalow schemes – where there are two levels of amenities – public and private. These are typically low-rise structures.
