The brief of this project is to study a radius of 500 m around the house from different principles of planning including Kevin Lynch's 5 principles. After identifying the problems that plague the area suitable design interventions were proposed.
First the existing development plan is updated and the changes are documented. A land use plan is prepared and characterised into districts.
