Hitesh is a Design and Project Management professional with 20 years of experience in design and consulting industry. He has delivered design and construction projects in commercial, retail, residential, education, hospitality, and industrial markets. He looks after Business Development & Operations and heads the Projects division of the company. Hitesh has Bachelors in Architecture from MS University, India. Prior to joining AVN Architecture as Principal Architect, Hitesh was working for Reliance Retail Limited (retail arm of RIL) managing design and construction projects across India.
The studio of AVN architecture is primarily dealing into Architecture, Interiors and Urban Design, Showcases representative and individual projects since 2012 on wards. With realization of our project, we not only gain experience but test the strength and integrity our core concepts. A good building demands motivation and collaboration between all participants. In our practice, we emphasize on realization of our projects while maintaining a strong sense of documentation, faster delivery model and innovation in our designs. Finally, we are also involved in different projects as Project Manager. This role entails that our projects developed in dialogue with clients, service consultancies and contracting agencies. This dynamic process is evolved considering today's market demand on lack of supervision and co ordination damaging project delivery. The Process creates an energy and enthusiasm that is always visible in the end product. Office: We specially choose to work with a small core team, which can be supplemented per project with external advisers such as landscape, MEPF, structure consultants, 3D visualizes, skilled drafts man and building engineers. We supervise and steer the projects from the initial conceptualization and the design phase up to the realization of the project-not because of an obsession for controlling every detail, but to guarantee the quality and integrity of the project. The final product is always custom tailored to suit the owners of the project. The firm works with a large variety of commissions. Regardless of the scope and nature of the various projects, we will always translate the work into concrete, 3 dimensional designs. We aim for clear and straight solutions. The visualization and presentation of every phase of development is a central aspect of our design process.
