The firm is based in Bangalore and is into its Twenty third year of existence. With a wide oeuvre of work, it has made a mark in hospitality interiors with several pubs and restaurants standing testimony to their craft. The firm has received national recognition on projects such as Purple Haze, and has been felicitated by Society Interiors for their work in public spaces. Alex Jacob is an Alumni of MIT Manipal , batch of 1984 ; and has worked with the likes of V.K. Girdhar, Charles Correa, besides a six month scholarship stint in Hiroshima, Japan. He has also been visiting faculty at BMS College, Jain School of Interior Design, BIT and RVCE, all colleges based in Bangalore. A staunch environmentalist, works towards creating buildings integrated with their landscape . Alex Jacob is a past Chairman of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers, Bangalore Regional Chapter, and has served as a committee member of the Indian Institute of Architects.
