The clients earlier lived in their own bungalow on the same plot and were now moving into the upper three floors of an apartment building. Taking advantage of the owner driven project, the design of the building was amended to recreate spaces that would emulate the feel of living in a bungalow.
The upper three levels were reconfigured so as to create three terraces - a large terrace at the public midlevel which would connect the dining and living spaces and two private ones for the master suites.
