The existing structures were part of a Parsi Sanitarium, which was to become a community clubhouse. It was decided to amplify the character of the existing buildings-simple tiled gabled roof, load bearing structures having verandahs in the front- with careful restoration whilst adding new components representative of our time for adaptive reuse.
