This project takes place in two phases. In phase one a delineated area in Dadar from Prabhadevi to Kabutar Khanais studied thoroughly. This was done as part of a class activity in groups. The second phase is individually done where we analyse the data gathered and identify issues of the area. Further design intervention was proposed to solve these problems. My design proposal was that of cluster redevelopment.
Keeping the important landmarks intact, and some interesting housing typologies, Cluster redevelopment of the area was proposed.
